With a champagne reception to kick off the celebrations, the mood was electric as hundreds gathered at the London Hilton on Park Lane on 21 September to see who would take home STEP’s 2023/24 Private Client Awards (PCAs).

The night of nights, in its 18th year, was hosted by author, broadcaster, entertainer and former MP Gyles Brandreth, who set the scene with cracking anecdotes and belly laughs.

The PCAs are open to lawyers, accountants, private bankers, financial advisors and trust managers worldwide. Competition was rife this year; we had a record number of entries from all around the globe, with 343 submissions from 29 countries.

‘The PCAs are our annual moment to celebrate the talent and achievements of our field,’ said Mary Duke TEP, Chair of the Judging Panel.
